Kyoto City Hall Flea Market

Not much to say about this. If you are looking to buy Japanese peoples' secondhand goods for really cheap this is a great flea market. Everything from used clothing to $1USD (100yen) fans. There was also some really cheap new goods (mainly umbrellas and thermoses) and some used jewelry. There was one furniture stall, but this is definitely not an option for furnishing an apartment. It looks like this flea market may run either just once or between June and July, but is definitely not every weekend or every month.
